Dream about a volcano

A volcano is the sudden breaking of a fury that has been held too long in the open air of the village. When such heat is held too long within a group, it eventually finds a way to burst forth, and this release often leaves the ground where everyone stands changed.

We see that when people refuse to speak their grievances, the pressure builds until the peace of the household is shattered by an outburst that cannot be ignored. This dream shows how an explosion of temper can tear the fabric of what is shared among neighbors and kin. The strength of the many is often broken by the fire of one. May the voices of your kin find their way to the light before the fire takes hold. An old woman sits by the hearth, stirring a pot of grain, while the air outside grows heavy and still.

The act of running away from a volcano tells you that you are trying to distance yourself from a conflict that is already unfolding in your circle. This movement shows a desire to avoid the fallout of a public rage that you cannot control.

The presence of lava means that a great shaking of the soul has followed the outburst. This movement of destruction signifies that the anger is not a passing moment but a force that reshapes the very foundation of your surroundings.

When you see a volcano erupting, the dream shows the moment when a spirit that has been stifled for too long finally breaks. This sudden release of old bitterness is seen as a breaking point that forces everyone to face what was previously hidden.
