Efua NyansaA tsunami arrives as a sudden breaking of the world you know. This dream names a season where what you have built with your hands and your heart is swept away by forces that do not stop for any person. When the ground of a life is pulled out from under the feet, it is often because the ways we hold onto things have become too heavy for the path we walk.
We have seen that when the waters rise so fast, they do not distinguish between the rich and the poor, or the strong and the weak. This dream shows a time of sweeping ruin that touches the whole house and every neighbor in the courtyard. The weight of this dream is the loss of what was certain. There is a stillness that follows such a movement, like the silence after a heavy rain has passed. May the strength of those who came before you guide your feet when the earth is new again.
The arrival of more than one wave or a tsunami coming toward you shows that the shock is not a single blow, but a series of events that keep the heart in a state of trembling. Such a dream tells us that the trouble does not pass with one breath, but comes in waves that demand you stand firm many times over.
The scale of the water makes the ruin feel absolute. When you see a tidal wave or a giant tsunami, the dream is telling you that the change is too large for one person to fight or to turn away from. A huge tidal wave means the calamity is not a small thing to be managed, but a great destiny that must be met.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
