Efua NyansaA jacket is how you present your face to the world and how you hold your place among your people. This dream shows that your standing is a covering you carry, a way of shielding your inner self while you walk among others. When we care for our name, we care for the garment that keeps us from being exposed to the wind.
You find that how you carry this reputation determines how much weight you can bear. If the way you hold yourself is too small, the pressure of what is expected of you will press against you until you are weary. There is a danger in a dream where you find yourself without this covering, for to be stripped of your standing is to be left vulnerable to the eyes of the village. If you keep your place with grace, the peace of your household grows with you. May your name be as sturdy as a well-made cloak, and may your kin find comfort in the shadow of your strength.
A new jacket or a brown jacket both point to a fresh start in how you are regarded by your neighbors. These dreams mean your standing is finding a firm place once more, which allows the people in your home to rest well.
The act of buying a jacket shows that you are currently seeking a new way to be seen or a better way to protect your honor. This dream means you are working to build a reputation that is worthy of the path you walk.
When you are wearing a jacket, the dream tells you how you manage the duties of your life. If the cloth rests easy on your frame, you meet your obligations without strain, and this ease allows you to walk among your kin with a clear heart.
To find yourself losing a jacket is a heavy sign, for it means your honor is being slighted or your standing is slipping away. Such a dream warns that you are becoming exposed to the judgments of others, child, and this loss leaves you without the protection your name once provided.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
