Efua NyansaA haunted house shows that an unquiet past refuses to depart from the places you call your own. When the things that were left undone come to sit at your table, they pull the attention of the whole household away from the living. We have seen that when people do not face what has been left behind, the weight of those old ways settles into the very walls of their lives.
The way you carry these shadows determines if they remain a burden or become a part of the ground you walk on. To live with such an unquiet history is to find that the peace of your current days is often interrupted by the voices of what once was. It is a hard thing to hold, child, when the shadows find their way into the very places where you seek rest. The strength of your house is found in how you greet what has returned. May your hearth find a way to welcome the old stories so that the new ones may grow in light.
An evil or possessed house turns the dream into a warning of how much a person can be unsettled by what they cannot control. When the very place of your rest feels turned against you, it is because the past has become a force that actively disrupts the order of your life.
An old house being haunted means the debt of the past is deep and has settled into the foundations of your lineage. This dream shows that the things left unfinished by those who came before you are still asking for your presence.
Being in a haunted house adds the weight of how you inhabit your own private spirit while these shadows remain. You dwell right in the middle of these old griefs.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
