Efua NyansaA dead snake means a hidden enmity has lost its power to strike. You find yourself standing in a place where the venomous things that once moved in the shadows have ceased to be a threat to your peace.
The end of the time when you had to watch your back is here. The ways in which people have worked against you in secret are now broken, and the tension that once pulled at the fabric of your household begins to settle. This dream marks the moment when the roots of malice are pulled from the earth, leaving the ground clean for those you love to walk upon. It is a time when the shadows no longer hide teeth. The peace of the garden is restored to you and your kin.
A chopped up snake or a snake cut in half reveals a victory that is total and final. By seeing the body broken in this way, you see that the ability of a hidden foe to regroup or coil itself again has been utterly destroyed.
A headless snake or a snake without a head shows that the very source of the malice has been removed. The part of the enemy that guides the strike is gone, so the danger cannot gather its strength to move against you again.
A killed snake or a snake killed by someone else tells you that the burden of this conflict is being lifted by hands other than your own. It means that the protection of your people or the natural order of things has stepped in to settle the debt, so you do not have to carry the weight of the fight alone.
A dying snake or a wounded snake suggests that the enmity is still in its final, weakening stages. The struggle is not yet finished, but the strength of the one who meant you harm is visibly draining away, leaving them unable to follow where you go.
A dead green snake adds the weight of a specific loss, for the color of life and growth has been stilled. You are seeing how a specific way of being together was wounded by the deceit, and the sting of that harm is now fading into the earth.
A bunch of dead snakes shows that a widespread period of discord is coming to an end. When many such things are seen at once, it means that the many small lies and the various hidden enmities that surrounded your family are all failing at the same time.

Efua NyansaInterpreter interprets your dreams
Sit down first, child. The dream is not going anywhere. The elders used to say that a person is never read alone. Whoever stood beside you in the dream matters as much as what you saw, and the path behind you matters as much as the one ahead. Look, a dream with your people in it has already done half its work. May the name you were given keep you well.
