Dream about a crayfish

A crayfish in a dream shows you the small rewards that come only after much labor and many struggles. This is a dream of what is earned through the mud, where the prize is never handed to you but must be sought through effort that tires the hands and tests the patience.

When you see this, you are seeing the way a household builds itself, one small bit of sustenance at a time. We know that those who try to leap for the great prize often find their hands empty, while those who work steadily through the difficult parts find that their cupboards are slowly filled. Such a dream shows that your current path leads to a modest harvest that belongs to you because you did not shy away from the hard work. There is a weight in this, for the toil required to reach these gains is heavy and can leave you feeling worn. This strength stays in your bones, child, and the food you bring home settles the hunger of those who live with you. May your hands find the strength to keep working until the table is set.

Buying crayfish and eating crayfish in a dream shift the focus from the struggle to the result of your labor. You are moving from the act of seeking to the moment where the hard-won nourishment is actually received and enjoyed by the family.

Catching crayfish and a crawfish moving through the silt in a dream show you that your way forward is slow and requires much waiting. Because the pace is so measured, the progress you make is certain even if it feels as though you are barely moving through the silt.

The sight of dry crayfish in a dream changes the verdict of the main dream by showing a loss of the vitality needed for growth. When the moisture is gone, the meager reward you sought becomes something brittle and hard to use, leaving you with the memory of effort but no real sustenance.
